4 Ways to Grow by Reaching Out
1. Connect with other people on your team or in your field.
Individuals in the field of education who love learning and love teaching surround you. Ask them for feedback on what’s working, and share with one another on the challenges and successes. Growing with others is much more productive than going alone.

2. Visit successful schools or organizations.
Traveling with a team to another school will open your eyes to the strengths you can adopt at your own. It may also confirm what’s working at your school that you can share with others. Also, picking the brains of business professionals is a great way to understand ways to better manage your school.
3. Talk to outside experts
Whether it involves safety experts, local fire marshals, a career tech center, area colleges or businesses, people are willing to share their expertise so you can improve your understanding of issues outside your own expertise.
4. Learn from books, conferences, and podcasts

Conclusion
