MONDAY MATTERS with Jen Schwanke and Will Parker – Why Vacation Matters

They talk about how taking a break will make the next school year better, and will allow you to re-connect to yourself and the things that you love. Will and Jen also talk about how taking a break from work is easier said than done. Sometimes you need a few days for your brain to reset and get into vacation mode. If you feel like you can’t stop working, or don’t want to, you don’t have to take the whole summer to stop working, but it’s important to take some time to mentally and emotionally detox.
